Our story

A village within the city

AlFalamanki was built for the Beirut people miss — the one with a courtyard, a backgammon board rattling in the corner, Fairuz somewhere in the background and a pot of coffee that never quite empties. In Raouché we set that village down at the edge of the cliff, facing the sea.

Nothing here is in a hurry. Breakfast off the saj stretches into cards. Cards stretch into sunset. And when the light drops, the Rock turns gold in front of you and nobody asks for the bill.
